At last FC-6 in my box ...

Compiz is working properly after following these steps:
$compiz --replace gconf &
Then added this to xorg.conf

Section "Extensions"
Option "Composite"
EndSection
------------------------------------------
then running
$gnome-window-decorator --replace &

Wrote a small PyGTK based frontend for anubadok, The Bangla Machine Translator.
